Self Organizing Learning Acronym

Dear 1MLers
My brother John came up with a great acronym for the values for self-organizing learning. (Click here.)

Perhaps you would like to try to make an acronym. Just send me an email and I will announce the winners. What values do we need to promote so that learning happens without us having to force, control, programme or manipulate?

Happy learning,
Jim
